There is so much information in there, you have to read it at least twice to remember and implement all the great advice. A must-have for anyone wanting to learn about health and nutrition.
While I do not intend to follow all of his suggestions, like eating dirt! I certainly plan to implement some of the strategies,, mainly the types of foods to eat and avoid and types of appropriate exercise.
