The Biggest Loser Club grants access to the diet and fitness program used by the Biggest Loser TV shows contestants – personalized to fit their goals and lifestyle. This program provides users with daily meal plans, recipes, customized fitness program, personal journal, message boards with Bob Harper and Cast members.
The Biggest Loser Diet is based on food groups.
Example:
